Honda Insight Hybrid get a top-of-the-range, EX model comes equipped with black leather upholstery, DVD Sat Nav and hands-free telephone as standard. This model also benefits from the addition of new paint options with the introduction of Dynamic Blue Pearl and Carnelian Red Pearl.

Most of the changes on the Insight were made to address negative feedback from the media as well as customers on the car’s ride and comfort levels. The chassis improvements include adjusting the recoil rate of the springs, changing the rear camber angles, plus altering the V-shape rear suspension brace and adjusting mounts.

The base level Honda Insight includes remote entry and has exclusive content compared to the other models consisting of unique seating fabric and a basic audio system with CD player and two speakers. The Insight LX adds cruise control, a USB audio interface, center armrest storage console and floor mats. The Insight EX also adds to the LX features with steering wheel-mounted audio controls.

Power for the Honda Insight still comes from a 1.3L i-VTEC engine and a 10 kilowatt electric motor which work together to provide an EPA estimated fuel-economy of 40/43/41 mpg (city/highway/combined)
